It fits perfectly (got my normal size) and is easily adjustable for the tightness I need. Super comfy too, way better than those scratchy ones...Definitely recommend it! Big plus that it hides under clothes easily.

Poor quality product
I bought this product twice due to sore back however first time the size that came was not accurate, so I returned it and then the next I got the size however its shoulder strap tore off only after using it for a week... Do not recommend this product...
