This product worked good for about a day, it quickly lost suction and got slower and slower until it stopped completely. I have cleaned it out, rebuilt it a couple times to see what the problem is but it's just not a good quality filter at all.

The filter it’s self isn’t noisy but it’s a fountain so it’s going to have some noise. Very basic but it’s perfect for our small tank & small turtle. Great value for money. It is from China but came with it’s own power adapter, and arrived well before it’s predicted time. Packaging was very basic but no breakables inside so that was fine, kept the cost down. Perfect for people with a low budget. Turtle is happy, we are happy 😊👍🏻

Very pleased with the product and it arrived very promptly via my Amazon Prime account. My partner intalled it in the terrapin tank the very day of receiving it and it appears to be performing ok. The flow of water creates bubbles which also alleviates the need for an air pump. One small gripe is there are no instructions but it's easy to work out where all the relevant bits go.

I’ve had this for a month and a half...it was working fine until a week ago it has now completely stopped working. Cleaned multiple times however I would no recommend if your after a long lasting filter which unfortunately I was. Any suggestions on how to sort this problem would be very appreciated x

The product itself for what it is supposed to do is good, however there seems to be some major design flaws with it. Lid. This issue when coupled with the holding sucker issue let’s the product down. I have a 123.6 gallon tank with axolotls and the pump cleans it brilliantly (crystal clear within 12 hours) however when the tank is refilled with new water (added to the old) the suckers that hold it up slide, it’s also slopes to the weight of the filter itself. With only two autumn cups to hold the pump up the pump will submerge and the lid come off. The lid also doesn’t fit snuggly to the body of the pump. (When the internal filter is placed back in) it takes some messing to balance it on the pump body. Suction filter. The only issue i see with this is when ready to be cleaned the filter does not capture the dirt (such as excess blood worm) and hold it when it needs to be cleaned where as most pumps hold waste like that internally. Not a big issue as I use a turkey Baster to remove the external excess . Holding suckers. Needs more (4 total I would say) and an easier way to get them back on to the body as the pop off when the pump needs cleaning .. With these changes it could be a four star product... but version 2 should be worth getting..

Ideal for turtle tank, pretty noisey though but keeps the tank as clean as a filter should and a good water flow for the turtles i have. Works in shallow water I probably have about 5 inches in the tank but the actual filter is pretty big I was shocked by the size

Works great in small tank, but do have to clean it very often than others I've used, sponge does clog up quick

It does it's work. You don't find any instruction included in the package, and it's just crude system with sponge filter. You have to submerge the electrical wire into water, and with this level of poor sophistication of the device, it raises my concern if you don't get electric shock when it leaks. I wear rubber globes for precaution. It is made in China. After comparing this one with the one made in Germany, I have to say this one worked better. Low motor noise when you place a sponge underneath. As a "filter", I am not sure if it is sufficient as I only use this for a fountain in my water tank without any living creature inside.

Slecht verpakt. Geleverd in niet dichtgekleefde originele verpakking. Geen moeite gedaan om in extra doosje te steken. Gewoon van schap genomen, adres label er op en opgestuurd. Netsnoer ontbreekt. Slechte service. Doos was open.
