The belt is exactly as advertised. It provides 3 levels of heat and 5 levels of vibration, both of which can be easily adjusted while wearing, and locked into place to prevent accidental changes. I wake up each morning with muscle stiffness, put on the belt, and enjoy 30 minutes of long lasting. (nothing has ever proven to provide 100%) relief. Without having to recharge, I can also take my dog on a nice long walk without suffering pain.When I reported that I was getting about one and 1/2 hours of use after each battery charge, customer service responded in less than 24 hours with “that is what is expected at the highest settings” and immediately sent out a replacement. This exceeded my expectations. While I think a new buyer should be aware of the time the belt can be kept in constant use, some experimentation has shown that this is really not an issue. I start with the highest heat setting, which provides almost instantaneous warmth, and then drop to a lower setting when it actually becomes too hot. Re-charging is pretty fast.A very pleasant experience in this day and age of poor quality and unresponsive customer service. Highly recommend!All credit to a company that (today) acknowledges that their product can be improved and they are working on it. The flaws they mention barely affect the use or the quality of the belt. Their integrity and honesty says a whole lot about the company.

I really like the fact that this device really heats up. The vibration is nice and feels good but my favorite is the heat. If you have a stiff lower back you can put this belt in, turn on the heat and start feeling increased mobility. The best part is being able to walk around with it. A traditional heating pad leaves you stuck in one spot.

First, it arrived in a simple plastic bag with no instructions, no nothing. Ok, I’m fairly intelligent so I can figure it out. I actually think I received a return. But here’s the kicker for me. This thing is small. Like really small. I attached the expansion belt, which is held on by very weak Velcro and whipped it around my waist. I happened to bend down to pick up the package this thing was shipped in and the Velcro on the expansion belt popped right off. So, unless you want to sit very still don’t expect this to hold up, or hold on, doing anything other than shallow breathing. Do not waste your money folks. You do indeed get what you pay for, and this think is absolute junk!

Is not like a typical belt will not really help stabilize your back because you can not tighten it very much, however the massage and heat work really really well. However the battery life is not very long at all.

Ok, usually I wait a bit longer before writing reviews, but this one deserves one right away. Quick background, I was in a car accident recently (person cut in front of me before they were all the way in front of me, so yeah, ouch), which reactivated an older injury (a more sever one). I have been kind of hobbling around a bit (people have commented on it), and also having fairly constant pain in my lower back. Being able to wrap a heating pad around me and walk around in the house is incredibly freeing, and I highly recommend it if you need something similar. I can now get up and make some tea without leaving my heat at the couch.I have to say, most of the vibration settings I didn't care for (they have odd vibration patterns), but the last setting works because it is constant. It is a little loud, and I don't use it much, but it is there and can provide some extra relief.I am waiting to see how the battery will hold up over time, but regardless of the vibration issues, the heat is amazing. It actually gets pretty hot on the highest setting, so I go down a couple settings.Oh, one thing, you WILL want to lock the settings when you get them how you like them, else it is very easy to accidentally change them by brushing against the touch-sensitive areas on the belt controller. Lock them though (brief touch and hold on a specific spot), and you are golden.Enjoy, hope you all get some relief for your pains!
