I've had this drill for one year, and while I does not get much use, today when drilling a 5/32 hole in soft metal, the ring holding the depth guide snapped. The ring is black and looks like it is made of metal, but it is stamped "ABS" (plastic).I will attempt to get a replacement part from Bucktool and update this review with the outcome.

Fit and works exactly as expected

Now a standard tool in my workshop. Easy to set up and use. Very accurate with laser and light. Used on plastic, wood and metal - clean cut every time. Take your time and align the laser with a test block - you won't regret it.

The drill press was easy to assemble and has some nice features. It has a led light and red laser cross hairs to center the piece you are drilling on. The only downside is that the belt keeps slipping when there a load on the bit. I’m on the slowest speed setting and have tightened the belt several times. But it is a good looking machine.
