Supplement for vitamin D3 and K2. It's recommend to take it after breakfast with good fats. This comes in coconut oil, tiny quality capsule. This is very convenient and also easy to swallow. I know I take care of myself and even though I don't take a lot of supplements, this one is needed and easy to take. It's definitely worth the money and I recommend.

Easy to swallow and effective. I have an issue with critically low Vitamin D and have tried to find a natural ingredient approach to this and I found these.
