Thrilled To Find This
I couldn't be happier with this lunch box. It stays cold for hours. The quality is fantastic, it looks very durable. The design of it is appealing, it's much nicer looking than the cheaper models. I think the size is perfect for bringing to the office or school.

Great to keep items cool for a short trip
This bag is just really amazing. If you’re going on a short trip, all you do is put it in the freezer for a few hours. Take it out and you can put things in there. I can perfectly fit two small frozen meals in there and they will stay cool for the trip. It might not keep them totally frozen, but it will keep them at a refrigerated level for a good amount of time. I also bought the two bigger sizes because I enjoy this one so much.

Works well
I use this for my hand pump parts when I am on a road trip. I can feed my son when traveling and can use my pump multiple times thanks to this.

Excellent quality, great value
I love this brand for its great quality and value for the price. The zippers are sturdy, and the design allows for a lot of items to fit inside without smashing anything. The inside wipes easily if there are any spills. This is the third lunch box I have purchased from this brand and I will only buy this brand going forward.

Appears BIG outside but very small inside.
Had to give this 3 stars, that’s for the effort make things stay cooler longer. I am a packit fan but the new upright lunch bag misses the mark. 1. It’s not technically an upright bag. 2. As you can see in the picture you have to lay it down to open it and you cannot pack it like my original packit upright bag in the pic. The quality is as expected from Packit, but size and ease of use is deceiving. For the much higher price (over$50) I expected better. I have no choice but to return it. I travel and must pack for multiple meals. I will buy and pay $64 for the bigger bag in the new line up, give it a try and hope it fits more stuff and doesn’t disappoint. Fingers crossed.
