Cozy ambient lighting
I used with a dimmer so works fine, give the option to choose the intensity for my track lights.

Served its purpose
Our living room needed this lighting. However, we did have the track lighting professionally installed in order to hide the wire.

Nice all-in-one set
Great set, two one meter tracks included each with a live end, plus two interconnects, so most installation options are covered. Lights have a nice color, dimmable, look good. Really bright when you have them all cranked up. Good for two locations or hook them together for one long track. All around nice set.

great product
I ordered this set to replace the track lighting in my kitchen which I do not like. These are pretty - a plus in my book. We'll see if my helpful neighbor seems to feel the same way about installing them. I will see tack lighting as part of my decor - they are black; the ceiling is light grey. Stay tuned....

A high quality design and build track lighting system solution……..
The VANOOPEE brand 6 light-2 fixture LED track lighting kit represents a well-designed and built lighting option for users seeking to install new or upgrade existing systems. The lights are warm white 3000 K (not adjustable) brightness and dimmable (from 10%-100%). Although the lights will rotate 360° and have a 90° tilt range, they are not magnification/zoomable enabled. One of the primary advantages of track lighting is the inherent ability to focus light directly where needed or desired. This is especially helpful in areas of task related lighting such as the kitchen, or where up or down accent lighting is desirable for highlighting architectural or artistic highlights within the home environment. Although the total lighting output of all 6 fixtures combined could be relatively easily matched by a single ceiling mount hi wattage luminaire, the difference in lighting effect and overall utility and ambience generated would be significantly degraded by the single fixture. This reviewer is reminded of his first experience with track lighting, circa late 1970s, after purchasing a first starter home that desperately needed kitchen lighting upgrades. Track lighting systems were in the early stages of development, and memories of the intense trials and tribulations trying to install the tracks and fixtures of lighting equipment that was of such sketchy quality that install holes would not line up, a fixture shaft arm so tender it cracked and broke off during install, and tracks that were so poorly calibrated that trying to slide or adjust the fixtures was a task best reserved for Olympian weightlifters.Imagine the joy and absolute delight involved therefore of opening and closely inspecting the VANOOPEE track lights featured in this review. Smooth, solid, and attractive anodized aluminum fixtures baked in a lovely black satin finish. A compact 10 W LED built-in floodlight produces 800 lm of lighting output, about the same as a predecessor generation 60 W halogen bulb.Assembling the lighting system was delightful and instantly rewarding. The fixtures easily fit into the track rails. Once they are successfully positioned, a quick and easy half turn of the fixture locks everything together. The lights can then be further adjusted for desired angle using the built-in capabilities provided.Loosening the setscrew at one end of the fixture allows the removal of a 2 inch long section of the shrouding to reveal the fixture wiring otherwise hidden from sight inside required to connect this light to the household 110 V service.Although this track lighting system does not include some of the features such as choice of lighting colour and zoom/magnification currently available elsewhere from this brand and others in the marketplace, many users may not need these extra attributes. At the current price point of approximately $15 per fixture, the price/value equation is very reasonable for a well-built lighting system. This reviewer envisions using this 6 fixture, 2 section set, configured in an L shape, to supplement/improve the existing 2 LED pot light set illuminating an outdoor summer kitchen contained within a 20 x 24’ outdoor room here at the tree farm. Virtually all of the wood used was grown and milled on site, therefore the lighting needs to highlight this in addition to food preparation, grilling, smoking etc. (pictures attached)Conclusion: The VANOOPEE brand 6 light-2 fixture LED track lighting kit represents a well-designed and built lighting option for users seeking to install new or upgrade existing systems. An overall score of 5/5 is assessed accordingly.

Should be an easy install for most homeowners
Decent lighting kit that most homeowners should be able to install themselves, it's just a matter of following the instructions (and, most importantly, turning off the breaker before touching any wires!).The two track sections give approximately six-feet of useable area for placing the lighting heads, which can be aimed to bring light to specific areas. Tracks can be installed separately or you can use one of the included connecting joints and have a full six-foot run.Once the tracks are securely screwed into place, adding the lighting heads is a snap – literally! Insert the base of the head into the track, twist it 90-degrees and it'll snap into place. Heads can swivel and move up & down, allowing you to direct light where needed. Not a huge fan of the non-replaceable LED bulbs, as LEDs do have a lifespan (I've had them die after only 1000 hours), so if one of the heads stops working, you will need to replace the entire head and not just the bulb – if you're concerned about E-waste, this might factor into your buying decision.

Versatile and straightforward as far as track lighting goes...
The media could not be loaded. Track light systems fits together without difficulty, however, installing track lighting MIGHT be a bit more difficult than you might expect if you're doing more than just one short, straight run. Just a warning so you go into it with the right expectations!Note: Before you begin installation, double-check that you have all the connectors, L's and T's that you'll need. Nothing is worse than having to stop installation mid-way to order more parts!Plot out your path and for best results, use a laser line level. The tracks come with screws and anchors, but I don't recommend using them for drywall. Industry standard is to use toggle bolts (a bit overkill IMHO), but I had excellent results using helical anchors and matching screws. (They're not the cheapest of drywall anchors but worth every penny)Track and connectors ARE polarized and grounded. Hot runs down one side, and the ground and neutral run down the opposite side. Complicated configurations may require a modification to make multiple L and T connectors work together, however, I was able to swap an end clip between a L and T connector to make it work. (A solution recommended for electricians only, as it's possible to accidentally flip the polarity!)Once the track is up, adding and changing heads is super easy. They only go in one way, and turn a quarter turn and lock. If it's tough to turn it in, you've got it backwards!Heads are bright and easy to control direction with a good range of motionMy only real complaint is that they don't have very long lengths of track available such as 8-10 foot long lengths for long runs.Price/value isn't great, isn't terrible, just average. If you're doing a large room or a large, complex system, you might want to also price out LiteLine brand at your local electrical supply house, as I find the lengths of track are a bit more pricey than I think they should be from this brand.Wasn't able to test compatibility with other Halo brand H-style track or heads.

Easy to install
As arrived, lights were in a simple brown box with decent packagingOut of the box, included are 2 3ft tracks, 2 straight connectors, 6 heads with integrated bulbs, and a 4 pack of screwsFirst step- upgrade the screws; they're basic philips-head and similar to those found in most sets these days; I wanted something more secure and that didn't stripEach track only has 2 screw holes- the lights themselves don't weigh much, however, I'd wish for more if you're going to be using all 6 lights on a single 3.3ft trackThe tracks themselves are ok- they are a bit flimsy and do twist but nothing crazy- if you forced it they would but once mounted they're pretty secureHookup is pretty easy- you have a small input at the end and a pop-out at the back depending on if you're running into the ceiling direct or not. Positive and negative plus ground are all concealed inside a small boxThere is noted an option for a centre mount junction but I don't see it on Amazon- may have to contact the seller to orderThe tracks snap together pretty easily- 2 screws hold them in placeThe 6 lights are also small and light- about 3/4 the size of a pop can and weighing about the same as one fullThe twist into place and seem to be pretty solid- motion/direction is easy enough to set and they hold in place well. Color is warm white and throws a decent amount of lightOverall, for the price, it's a decent kit very similar to those found at certain big box stores but at a much more affordable price. For me, adding an extra track makes the set complete and I'm very satisfied with the result! Definitely recommend!
