Did the job as promised
The installer did a nice job of installing the Onstar FMV in my wife's new car. Note, however, that they only know the basic connection information about the product. When I couldn't make telephone connection with Onstar to complete the setup, the installer shrugged and said he just knew which wires went to which terminals. (Note this: The secret to the setup is that it takes a LONG time for Onstar to answer the phone the first time - maybe five minutes. Just wait.)

Well worth the money for professional installation To difficult for dad and tool kit. Spend extra hundred bucks. To have it done right.
