I would say it works. I got this and the Torrent 2 bag at the same time, so I never used the bag without it. It seems like it’s keeping up with the use of the bag. The bag doesn’t slide around at all during workouts. I would order it again if I didn’t have it

Depending on your floor surface, this item may or may not do its intended job. I don't mind a little bag movement because it forces me to pivot around the room when boxing, but it certainly doesn't keep it completely in place. I have this on top of some workout foam mats. I put some double sided tape on both sides in order to minimize movement, but after the bag rocks back and forth it ultimately still slides a little. I'm working out in about an 8x8 space, so I have enough room to pivot and punch from the opposite direction when it shifts. If you're crafty at all, you can probably make something like this for far cheaper, but I'm not crafty and this is the only thing I can find that fits the bag. The price is insane for what it really is (rubber circle, velcro adhesives on top, plastic bumpers that attach to said velcro).
