If you just need weights and are on a budget crunch, these work just as well.I do my workouts using calisthenics rings but needed weights for headlights. They have served their purpose perfectly.No sand leakage, look fine (not shiny or good looking but they are not bad), plastic seems decent in quality.Value for money. Other options in the market are far more expensive.

It's very worst, after one time use it broken it's not value for money I will not buy it even they give for 200 rupees . Simply it's one time useable, you have to use and through it away , plats are also damaged and does not fit my rod, very hard to use and it's not a correct weight not accuracy.So please don't buy
