Good for kid
I bought it for my teen daughter, she loves to use it. I am not sure if it would be suitable for adult professional, but suitable for kid/teens.

It was good at first but got unstable and rust with a month and snapped.

It is a good and sturdy product the only bad thing was the delivery but I don't think that was the companys fault

It broke within 10 days
I had it for 10 days and it broke. The spring had come off ( which it's not supposed to) and it flew off the base and nearly smashed my double glass doors. I didn't hit hard because it's a reflex bag and it's used for technique not power. However it has broke anyway. So I am waiting for my full refund.
