As much as the other reviews praised this book I was disappointed to find a somewhat journaly experience reading it.It felt uncomfortable, parallel to the original promise of sparking the light of confidence.Really wanted to love this but I couldn’t find the confidence in Jamies words.Weird feeling coming out of this book and left me feeling icky, as ideas such as life is hard, everyone will say no, people are mean….. not so empowering.Hard pass
