The dispenser is perfect to keep flossers clean.To insert the flossers in the dispenser take off the end of the tube that the flossers are on that is closed, then insert the tube into the tube in the dispenser lid and allow the flossers to slide into place in the dispenser lid. Turn the bottom of the dispenser upside down over the lid to close.Then charge the dispenser, or insert batteries.The flossers are very sturdy, they do not break.I am putting the dispenser on our dinner table with the salt and pepper shakers. The floss dispenser is especially nice to have when we have guests for dinner!
