I’ve been using this RO water purifier for the past few Days, and my experience has been very positive. The media could not be loaded. Really pathetic product and services. I am writing review after using more than a month. The very first impression on installation service was really delayed. Did multiple followups for product installation. Now after more than a month there is a water leak issue inside filer housing. After complaint, which is supposed to be covered under warranty they are asking for technician visit charges which is against warranty rules. The current fault is installation error or product quality. I am attaching video of water leak. @amazon I request you to remove such sellers from platform.

Ro was installed in timely manner, its been a month, and RO is running fine, noise is minimal.

I have purchased on Jan 19 2025 it worked well for almost 5 - 6 months and stopped working .Have called Kinsco customer care and they have told 450/- visiting and service chargesand agreed for that .Service person visited the same day itself and told booster pump issue and will be replaced under warranty.Without the resolution they asked to pay service charge and told will pay after replacement.From then i followed up with customer care and service persons for almost 10 days but they haven't replaced the part till now and no follow up on this.This is the worst service I have seen for this product in Hyderabad location
