I have increased Adenoid glands & I could breathe a lot better with these but unfortunately my nose was feeling irritated from the inside after applying this. It's probably a ME issue but you should know before buying. Have fun.

These are okay, but the size is very large and I use large strips usually but it is very huge and the glow is not that strong but overall it’s a ok product

The product is good but too costly

It helped with snoring but not with a blocked nose during a cold. Adhesive is strong and won't come off easily.
