Q: What type of electrodes pads does the TENS massger machine fit?

Q: How does the DIY program work?

In DIY, default fixed program P01, just press DIY+/- to adjust mode & rotate the sliding buttons on the left/right sides to adjust intensity. Customization Modes allows you to choose the frequency freely according to your body condition.

Q: How does dual channel and 40 intensity levels work on this tens unit?

You can set same mode and program but different intensities on CH1/2 channels. For example, set TENS mode & P04 program in CH1 with intensity level 8 for shoulder. While in CH2, same mode & program is running with stronger intensity level 15 on back.

Q: The TENS machine is fully charged, the Mode and Program are set, why does the intensity not respond?

1, 40 levels for choose, confirm the pads are put on skin well otherwise the intensity cannot be higher; 2, whether the device is locked; 3, when switching mode & program, the intensity will become 0, rotate the button to increase intensity again.

Q: Is the Rechargeable TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator strength enough for Pain Relief?

This back pain relief device is designed with 40 levels, the former 10 is not very powerful, and suitable for people with mild pain. It is recommended to increase to 10 or more if it is not strong enough for you.
