can you wash off the hearts on the hair?

Hot water (not boiling) washes off the adhesive that glues the hair together (where the pink hearts are printed). Once the glue comes off, the hearts are barely noticeable.

are earrings removable?

Yes, you can either heat the head up with a blow dryer (be very careful & don’t use high heat) or use hot water to soften the head & remove them (if you want to be able to refuse them)
