I am probably at the end of the rapid weight loss part of keto, but still needing to shed maybe 15lbs, I started on two of these a day a couple of weeks back and have gotten rid of about 5 more. All flavors I've tried have been good (I mix it with 3 tbsp of melted butter, 1 tbsp of MCT oil, and fill a 28oz shaker the rest of the way with warm water and let it sit overnight), though some are more subtle than others. I like that they offer the Core option with beef protein and Stevia, but their standard series with milk protein and sucralose tastes and mixes better. Overall, I'm very happy with the product. I know it seems expensive at first glance, but if you were eating fast food once or twice a day, you'd probably be spending more. Good luck to all with your health goals and give Keto chow a try!

These shakes definitely taste better in the fridge overnight! I've read the ingredients and looked up everything I wasn't sure about. There's no chemicals, dyes, and natural flavors ( natural flavors can be anything like pork ears powder)There's a little sucralose, but not enough to raise glucose. There's also some stevia..my favorite flavors are banana which tastes like banana pudding and the chocolate toffee tastes like chocolate toffee! I also love eggnog!

I followed a recipe by 2Krazy Ketos to make a cheesecake with this product. It was definitely worth the effort because none of it went to waste (nor waist ;-). For a first time attempt using this product, I was pleasantly surprised. Nothing tastes chemically. The Chocolate Toffee tastes really good. My second attempt at using this product was frothing a spoonful into my coffee, also a success as I froth at half full cup at first and then top it off with more coffee. I need my protein and nutrients so this is worth the cost to help keep me in ketosis, in a tasty way. I haven’t tried it as a shake yet but definitely willing to try. Get some and enjoy!

These are super delicious! I’ve tried most of the flavors and have enjoyed them all. I must say this is one of my favorite flavors though. These shakes are easy to prepare and are just the right consistency. I like to add 1/2 cup of heavy cream in mine and then shake it up in my cup to mix it up. They definitely keep me full throughout the day until my next meal. These are a perfect meal replacement to use when needed.

Extremely Sweet! I have long searched for a protein powder that would dissolve completely. This one did that. However, it was too sweet! I love cakes, cookies, pies, candy, but had to dump this product in the garbage after one taste. It was so sweet I nearly convulsed. Very disappointing.

I am in LOVE with this flavour! Will order it again. Tasted like a SBux iced coffee!Mix it with crushed ice.
