Amazing - why did i not know this before?
This is an amazing book. I have been experimenting over recent months with some of the ideas in this book. I have been taping my mouth at nights and the effect is as profound as anything i have tried over many years of struggling with insomnia. I wake much less frequently and sleep longer. i feel more refreshed in the mornings. I am keen to try out more of the ideas here, for example, nose breathing during aerobic exercise. But the results so far are astounding! Highly recommended.

Essential Read: Vital health factor that often is forgotten in the quest for optimal health
This is an essential book on breathing, something we take for granted every moment of the day. There is something in this book for health care professionals, athletes and the layperson. If you think you know how to breathe properly you may be in for a big surprise when reading this well researched book. I'm a sleep medicine professional and have written a book on sleep. I enjoyed this book immensely and have kept it in my library as a reference and refer my patients to this book as an important source for optimal health.

Implemented nasal breathing and off all decongestant and allegory medications
Highly recommend this book, I’m sharing it with family too. I implemented nasal breathing and am making it part of my lifestyle I’m finally able to be off of all nasal decongestants, sprays and allergy medication. My sleep quality is better and I look forward to continuing implementing the lessons in my life.

Los ejercicios propuestos en el libro son sencillos y eficaces. Los llevo realizando algunos días y veo los resultados.La información del libro es interesante pero creo que algo extensa, para mi gusto el libro podría ser más corto.
