I don’t use this all the time, but when I do need it it works wonders. It gives my hand and wrist good support. It’s easy to put on and take off. The negative elements are, this support is not breathable, so when worn for the full duration of the night / long durations infront of the computer you may want to invest in another support/ another breathable type of support. As this DOES leave your palm feeling clammy and sweaty.I have not had this support for very long (just under two weeks) and the appearance of it is, well.. abit worn, and the felt areas have already bubbled up.
