Was a gift for a friend but the box can tell it's made to last !

I was really looking forward to using the X4, but unfortunately, it failed to activate right out of the box. I followed all the setup instructions, tried multiple times, but it simply wouldn’t work. Very frustrating experience. I ended up sending it back for a refund. Disappointing for a product at this price point.

I got mine authentic with TDRA labeli think many times before i order since i read too many issue in the feedback section. but im happy with my purchase it came sealed and 100% legit when i check the serial and activate it. 💯

The unit I received from this seller was not legit I cannot activate it to the app. I already spoke with the Insta360 support and according to them this product that I bought might be stolen or refurbished as it has different serial number from the box and from the unit it self. Really disappointed and I had it issued for return!

Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I bought the camera brand new, straight out of the box, and it wouldn’t even turn on. I tried multiple charging cables, power sources, and troubleshooting steps , nothing worked.+ i tried my other batteries and insta 360 cameras with same battery and charging cables and power sources , but nothing worked… the issue is in the device itselfFor a premium camera at this price point, this is completely unacceptable. There are zero indicators of life, and no support documentation or firmware resets helped. It feels like I paid a lot of money for a brick.
