Organic Additive Free Spirulina
This jar of Spirulina and Chlorella supplements contains 360 tablets which seems like a lot at first, until you realise that you are to take 12 tablets per day split over 3 meals, so at the recommended dose the jar will last for 30 days. On opening for the 1st time I was surprised to see that the jar is packed to the brim with tablets so no inflating the size of the jar to make it look like you are getting more. Both of the ingredients are types of algae that are rich in polyunsaturated fats and are high in antioxidants. They are purported to give many health benefits such as lowered heart disease risk and better blood sugar management to name a few. The ingredients appear to have nothing else artificial added so that is a big tick for me and this also makes them suitable for vegans.I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now, so it is early days to see any benefits. The tablets are small and easy to swallow but there is a slight algae smell from the jar when you open it which is a bit funky. The biggest issue I have had, is keeping up with the 4 tablets / 3 times per day regiment but will try to persevere with it.Overall these are a good quality German made organic algae supplement with no added artificial ingredients and give a good dose of 3000mg of each algae type per the daily recommended dose so I think they are worth the £30 asking price and am very happy with them so far.

Easy to take and good quantity
Good to have up to a six month supply if you take 2 a day, and in an easily recyclable brown glass bottle. Reasonable value for this amount as I don't take the maximum recommended. The label says not for pregnant women or for children. It is thought these supplements may support a number of bodily functions and health benefits all of which are listed on the packaging. The capsules are easy to take with no after-taste.

Organic Spirulina & Chlorella ... What's Not To Like?
I’ve been using Spirulina for at least ten years and generally in tablet form. When I’ve been disciplined enough to take it on a regular basis, I generally find that my sleep improves, although that’s not the only reason for consumption. As a vegetarian who doesn’t particularly like many green vegetables, I’m more than aware of the importance of good nutrition and ensuring a varied diet. Sprirulina, with its vitamin and mineral rich algae, is certainly a means to address any potential shortfall. Chlorella is simply another form of algae, so together they allow me to address any nutritional shortfall via an array of micronutrients. This product is also organic, which is an added bonus. The jar was crammed to the brim with its 360 tablets, which might seem a lot but the recommended daily intake is 12 tablets, so that’s about a month’s supply for just under £30. This seems rather expensive for this type of product and more than I would normally pay.Despite this reservation, I highly recommend the combination of organic Spirulina and Chlorella tablets to anyone looking to enhance or improve their diet. However, it may be prudent to make a thorough comparison of Amazon products before ordering, as it’s quite a competitive market.

Used to use Spirulina powder this is much easier, same benefits but no blue/green powder everywhere
Switching from spirulina powder to these tablets has been a game changer. They offer the same health benefits without the mess of blue/green powder everywhere. Each tablet is packed with chlorophyll and essential nutrients, making it easy to incorporate these superfoods into my daily routine. The tablets are pure and organic, sourced from strictly controlled cultivation, ensuring they are free from additives. They're not only rich in vital vitamins and minerals but also in antioxidants that support overall health and vitality. It's reassuring to know I'm enhancing my diet with such potent nutrients each day. Moreover, the commitment to sustainability is impressive. The tablets are vegan, produced under high-quality standards, and come in recyclable packaging. This simple switch has made consuming spirulina and chlorella much more convenient and enjoyable.

Combined ease and benefits of two well-known health food staples
There’s so many benefits and nutrients associated with spirulina and chlorella that it’s worth taking both alone, but it’s great when they’re combined as here into one convenient decent-strength superfood, and a pure one at that with nothing added. I’ve been taking both for years in one form or another and have had nothing but benefits from them. Certainly, I’ve never had any adverse reactions (but I do advocate taking supplements sensibly and as stipulated). The jar comes jammed-packed with 360 tablets. The recommended daily allowance is twelve tablets, so in effect the jar is only thirty day’s worth. I never take the full amount though as I combine supplements, so for me the jar will last longer. And who says they have to be taken every day anyway, as they can just as easily be used periodically as one sees fit. It may be argued that the price is a little high, but it’s worth remembering that there’s two foods here of decent strength, not one. Also, the broken cell wall status aiding better absorption should be considered. Apart from that, the two algaes aren’t just packed with vitamins and minerals but trace elements too, which some modern diets may lack (and of which the body needs). Chlorophyll is similarly beneficial as it too has healthful properties. I suppose one gets what one pays for and this will be worth the extra. The only slight negative is the jar I received (which may only be for evaluation purposes) has English writing on the front and German on the back, but what does that matter as the product’s description page explains everything I need to know. An excellent product as far as I’m concerned.
