A bit difficult to mount , ensure you have a good frame to attach it to. My electrician put it up on the ceiling . Does a good job & has impressed.

This company is an absolute ridiculous force. Don’t even bother buying their products. They try and screw you out of the warranty time to get out of it replacing anything I am within two years of my warranty that’s supposed to be three years and conveniently they’ve lost my order details so they can’t prove the warranty so don’t bother the items break the remote control suddenly don’t bring your TV down from the ceiling and your left absolutely screwed Then Amazon, tell you to go to the seller and they tell you to go to Amazon absolute waste of money. I paid a lot of money to get it fitted properly onto a joist in my loft as well and within two years now it’s useless and my TV stuck on the ceiling. I’m going to Trading Standards..! This is absolutely ridiculous complete con ripoff

Samsung 32" did not fit on bracket.Emailed for support and directed to another website in USA?!Resolved by purchasing adapter.Probably won't use the function to move the TV and keep in the downward position as it is so loud and slow! Should have bought a standard ceiling bracket, lesson learned!

Its stuck after 2 months... TV is just held up! I am unsure how to get it down!
