I've been regularly taking turmeric supplements for some time, and these contain all the key ingredients that I have learned are needed to get the most effectiveness out of your turmeric supplements.These are excellent value for money at the time of review, providing four months supply of not just turmeric, but also curcumin, which is the most active ingredient of turmeric, plus the absolutely must have black pepper which helps with absorbency, and ginger for its additional anti-inflammatory properties. I think this should work well for me as a long term turmeric anti-inflammatory nutritional supplement.

This turmeric supplement of 120 tablets has the added benefit of black pepper and ginger which, I understand may help enhance and sustain the effect of the turmeric. So, in my opinion, a good addition.It is recommended to take one tablet per day with a glass of water. The tablets themselves are very small so are easy to swallow and they don't leave an aftertaste. I don't have any adverse affects from taking them so I find, that for me this is a good and easy way to incorporate the benefits of turmeric into my diet.They are GMO, dairy and gluten free as well as being vegan friendly. The 120 tablets will last 4 months, so they work out very good value for money, and the container they come in is very slim so should fit easily through the letterbox.

As a 67 year old runner, swimmer and cyclist I try to keep fit and take some turmeric supplements in the hope that they might help with joint mobility. I understand that absorption of turmeric is helped by the piperine in black pepper so I'm pleased to see that this supplement includes black pepper and that it's vegan friendly (eg. no gelatin.) It comes in a flat package that easily slips through the letterbox and is made in the UK according to the GMP code of practice for Pharmanostix Ltd which offers a website and email address though no telephone number. At about a tenner for four months's supply this supplement costs only 8p per day.My only concern is the pills are each 50mg of Turmeric extract equivalent to 2.5g of turmeric powder whereas a turmeric supplement from a well known online brand offers 210mg of curcumin which they state is equivalent to 13 g turmeric per tablet so it doesn't seem as powerful as some of its competitors.

An all in one supplement that is good for you. I know take this supplement everyday as I feel it helps. Easy to swallow little tablets. No after taste, easy to take. Best of all Manufactured in Britain. I would recommend this food supplement.

Having been taking ginger/pepper supplements for a few years , I was intrigued for see similar, but, with turmeric too. The general health benefits of ginger & turmeric have been known for centuries.It's hard to establish the full benefit to someone taking these. I only know how I feel.I tend to cook a lot of asian/chinese food. However, I tend to shy away from turmeric because it dis-colours everything. So maybe these tablets will help my intake.I like the design on the container too.

I've been experimenting with turmeric as a supplement as I play a very active sport and I am getting on a bit now! I find these easy to swallow and no horrible aftertaste. That said, I do swish it down with lots of water. I will report back when I've had a chance to use these for a length of time, with any benefits.

I am a regular user of Turmeric in capsule form so making a review of this product was not difficult for me.I take one tablet daily with water, usually in the morning with my other supplements. I dont find that an issue to take them with water, and i also have breakfast when i have most of my supplements.The curcumin extract provides a concentrated dose of curcuminoids, which are known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties which is why i have it daily.Until recently, i had not looked at or really understood the reason for black pepper extract to be part of a formulation, but now that i understand black pepper contains piperine, a compound that enhances the absorption of the turmeric into the body, i can see why it would be better to see this in supplements such as this one.Overall very happy, no issues taking this, and as i said, until recently my supply of turmeric was without black pepper, but i will be looking to restock with a formulation like this one, just in a much larger quantity to keep on top of costs.
