Flimsy
Cover is extremely flimsy and does not keep the heat from the sun from the steering wheel.Even overnight the steering wheel is still very hot to the touch.The only positive is that it fits snug over the steering wheel.Certainly would not recommend if you’re trying to avoid a hot steering wheel. I think it would work better as a shower cap !

I live in fl. So I use a sun visor for the windshield & my steering wheel gets too hot to touch so I got this. Maybe the sun here is different but it hasn't worked yet! Better luck in slightly cooler areas
