Great toothbrush
Great product and even used in the airport. Its charge lasts longer than the larger one even. Totally recommend.

Product failed in under 90 days. No fix listed on their website.
Product ceased working within 90 days. The light flashes red 10 times and will not activate. Their company website does not even list a resolution for a blinking red light. Spend the extra money for the Quip brand toothbrushes. I tried this brand for the cost savings....and now wish I hadn't. Their smiling logo will cause you to frown.

Perfect for travel!!!
Forgot my toothbrush on a recent trip to Disney and was able to send this brush to the Amazon locker overnight. I have their full size brush and it's amazing, this had to be as well, right? Yes! It is. Small, portable, has a cover for the brush head and very powerful. Will probably just live in my travel cosmetic kit from now on. Thank you for making this affordable product I can take with me everywhere!

Watch the online manual
The toothbrush is gentle but efficient. It comes locked in travel mode, so you need to know how to get it out of travel mode. The online manual is very helpful, the printed manual not so much. I haven't had to recharge it yet, after using it for about three weeks. It is slender and I think it will pack well for trips.

Love it!
I've had this toothbrush for about 9 months and I love it! It tickled my gums for a couple days and I quickly learned to avoid letting the toothbrush touch my teeth while brushing. My teeth have never felt cleaner while the soft bristles are keeping my gums protected.

It worked for exactly a year
I’m disappointed that my toothbrush stopped working while I was on vacation and it has not started back even after multiple attempts to reset it and charge it again. I would like to get another one but I don’t know if it will be this brand.

Checks all the boxes
Slim, USB-C port, nice dark blue color, has a travel setting so it doesn't go off in my luggage. This model has exactly what I wanted from an electric toothbrush.

NOT for sensitive mouths!!!
It's been a long time since I felt it necessary to write a review, but I really wish I had been warned about this toothbrush. I'll start by saying I've actually been using a purple kids Burst toothbrush for about a year now. I got it because my daughter liked hers so much, it was cheaper than the adults, and the color was cute. Best toothbrush ever, but I needed to replace it and decided to try this adult travel version. The reason I had to replace my kids version is because I did not do my due diligence and keep it clean enough between the replacement head and the body of the toothbrush. It actually started growing a tiny bit of black mold due to moisture so now I am very careful about rinsing and then popping the head off afterwards to dry in between. At first I couldn't get this one to turn on, but clicked the button a ton until it finally worked. Turns out it can lock and go into travel mode which requires you to hit the button 4 times in rapid succession to get it to start. ANYWAYS. Once I finally got it turned on and began brushing, I had immediate buyer's remorse. The little silicone "x" in the middle of the bristles is so hard against my teeth that I find myself saying, "Ow!" repeatedly. I can't even make it through two minutes of brushing because it is SO UNPLEASANT. It is the exact opposite experience of brushing with their kids brush. If this had been my first purchase from Burst, I definitely would not be a repeat customer. I'll be returning this one and trying another adult brush without that awful hard piece in the middle of the bristles. If you have an even slightly sensitive mouth, this is probably not the brush for you. I highly recommend trying another Burst brush without the "x" in the middle of the bristles.
