I have just finished the 30 days of these. I would not say these were life changing, but we're nice and had nice affects. My digestion got better after a couple weeks. It was nicely leveled out by these which is normally a persistent issue for me.On the metal side, I didn't notice anything extraordinary. I didn't make anything worse either. For me, it was pretty mild on leveling out my stress levels. I had some stressful things coming up when I got these, I still got stressed, but it might've helped it pass a bit easier.However, one thing I was interested about with these is if they interact with SSRIs and I could not find that information. I am on an SSRI, and I wonder if that effected the potential of these. I did not notice any negative effects with my SSRI either.The product is very high quality and feels fancy. I really like the way the probiotic is suspended in OMEGA3 for an extra vitamin. The bottle is a nice sun-proof glass. There is an orange flavoring tablet with the pills that make these taste VERY good. The pill is a normal size for a probiotic. I hope this brand comes out with a basic gut probiotic, I would certainly try that. I enjoyed it overall.
