Definitely a must buy! So impressed!
BEST COOKBOOK EVER! Truly, this is 100% no exaggeration. Up until stumbling upon this book, I had yet to thumb through a cookbook that was as simple, and healthy, and as whole/real food based as it claims to be. The recipes are simple yet SO delicious. They are truly REAL, whole foods, and are full of flavor. Each recipe is impressive and delicious yet simple enough for anyone to make. And as a self proclaimed 'foodie' married to an Italian who loves to cook, and also being the mom of two small children, cooking has been a challenge. It's been extremely difficult to find recipes that are not super time consuming, full of real flavor, healthy, and that will also impress myself and my husband, and be eaten by our children. This cookbook is the first that has satisfied each of those needs for our family. I recommend this book to anyone looking to simplify healthy clean eating, and simplify mealtime, and very strongly recommend it to anyone who needs to create a new healthy relationship with food and cooking. Sarah's book has brought joy back to our kitchen and ridiculously healthy and delicious meals back to our table! Between her blog, social media pages, and her book, you can tell Sarah is a doll, and we are super thankful that people like Sarah are taking back the food industry and inspiring people to enjoy both the preparing and the eating of healthy foods. 5 STARS for this book most definitely! We will be looking so forward to book #2!!! :) :) :)

Best Cookbook I Own
I am a huge fan of Sarah Adler. Her website and blog are truly inspiring for living a healthy lifestyle. And she puts into words my feelings about food and life in such a beautiful way. If you are curious about what the recipes in this book are like, check out her website. Some of the book's recipes are posted on there but even the ones that aren't are along the same line as these. They are healthy, delicious, and most importantly easy to fit into my busy schedule, and my husband enjoys them too which is huge! A few of my favorite recipes include: Cinnamon Green Smoothie, Apple Cinnamon Morning Quinoa, Spinach Quinoa Bake, Mint and White Bean Salad, Moroccan Lamb or Veggie Stew, Eggplant Bolognese Lasagna, Organic Greek Meatballs, and every sauce and dressing! I love that every recipe has a delicious picture; I can't stand cookbooks without them. This is my new go to book and I can find a recipe for any occasion in here. I highly recommend this book!

One of my favorite cookbooks!
This is a wonderful cookbook full of healthy, delicious, easy to make recipes. It’s one of my most loved and used in the kitchen. I’m a busy Mom and this cookbook is a great resource to help my family and I live and eat healthy.

This book is amazingly beautiful and has so many delicious recipes. The first thought I had when thumbing through the pages was how simple it all seemed. And when I started making the recipes, I kept thinking "wow, this really only has 5 ingredients?!"I love this book, and it's going on my "go-to gift list" for foodie and fitness friends and family. I think it's perfect for anyone who needs a healthy eating kick start or wants a little inspiration to re-imagine stale recipes. Since everything is so simple, it's great for busy schedules - working professionals, parents, students, etc.

Overall excellent. Recipes are truly simple, fast and healthy. Some of the proportions (she likes a LOT of salad dressing, I cut mine back some) are not to my preference, but being such simple recipes, that is easy to adjust. I have many recipe books - with many great recipes, but most of them are just too time consuming for me to want to use them any more. This book is incredibly user and time friendly. Enjoy - I am.

The most beautiful book, easiest to follow and all healthy WHOLE FOODS!
As a mom I try to find recipes that are both nutritious and easy to follow. Sarah hits the ball out of the park with this amazingly beautiful cookbook full of health, whole food recipes! Every ingredient is something my grandma would reconize! My entire family is so excited that I bought this book because I'm now so motivated to makeover our meals! Thanks for making these recipes so easy for me to follow and so very tasty!

Kindle edition is not useful.
The recipes are good enough, but if you are looking for the index shown in the table of contents, you will not find it. It also lacks hyperlinks that would help get you where you would like to be. Not sure why a Kindle edition is offered without index and hyperlinks, especially in a cookbook.
