Wont boot up. ZERO STARS

Wouldn't boot up. Zero stars returning for a refund. Be aware the website offers no support or help regarding the set up of this model PC. The instructions provided are very vague. Will not boot up windows have spent 3 days trying, researched and tried various websites YouTube etc and still it won't progress past turning on then freezing on a screen with the company logo (see image)Maybe I'm just unlucky but wo t purchase another...this has put me off if a brand new pc out the box won't boot up correctly I dread to think how it will perform with updates etc. My advice don't buy
