how much coverage can you get from one tube of sealant

The depth and width of the crack your filling will dictate the length or amount of coverage. For example, if a crack is just about a 1'2" deep and a 1/2" wide it's possible to fill as crack between 5' and 6' long if you know how to apply this material. I learned the hard way and I wasted a lot of the contents of a few tubes until I found the correct method to apply it. It's simple, since your hand that is pulling the trigger portion of your gun gets tired and needs a few seconds to rest I used to let the material still in the tube leak out of the tip onto my driveway as it was still under pressure, so when you need to rest for a few seconds be sure to hold the gun with the tube still in it over the crack your filling so whatever leaks out of the tube will continue to fill the crack until your hand is rested enough to resume the actual filling of the crack. Keep in mind that this material expands upward so experiment to what depth you should fill a crack to see how much it expands upward which is another way to stretch the distance you can get out of one tube. One other method to save material so as to stretch it is to fill a crack with some fine sand (beach sand will do) to almost half of the total depth of the crack prior to filling it with this material. Also, don't be discouraged if the filler doesn't harden as it's not supposed to harden so it remains a little pliable, so it gives a little so as not to create another crack eventually. Keep in mind to wear some cheap throw away rubber gloves as it's guaranteed to get on your hands regardless of how careful you are when applying; however, if some of it does get on your hands it does wash off with warm water and lots of soap. Does it show after covered with driveway filler sealer?

Have not covered it with driveway filler sealer. It does show prominently on my driveway. However it does dry to a hard substance that appears to be Indestructible! I wish my whole driveway was made of this material.
