HOT - Like it should be.
Wonderful flavour to this mango pickle, which works as a great accompaniment to either bland dishes, or a compliment to well-crafted flavoursome foods such as lentils ( an especially good example ). Unlike some other well-known brands' so-called "HOT" Pickles ( which aren't hot in any way ), RISHTA's MANGO PICKLE packs a punch in the heat stakes - exactly as is required. And yet, the taste and texture of the pickle is not compromised, and the correct balance of the heat only adds to the tastiness of this top quality product. Highly recommended for those who enjoy REAL "HOT" Pickles.

Un léger gout citronné
J'ai vécu longtemps en Inde, j'aime le pickle de mangue et pas trop celui de citron (à la cantine c'est celui au citron et au restaurant celui à la mangue, en générale). Celui ci, comparé à une autre marque, a un léger goût citronné, mais après quelque temps ça ne m'as pas gêné du tout, ça complète l'autre marque qui semble légèrement différent. Il est fort, en épice comme en piment (pour quelqu'un qui apprécie le piment il sera "décent", pour moi la puissance me convient parfaitement, comme dans mes souvenirs.) J'en re-commande donc une seconde fois, de même que l'autre marque, chez le même vendeur qui a des prix très intéressant (frais de port gratuit)!
