Better than expected. I got it to stop the neighbors from walking their dog to my new lawn for a toilet. Works great. The range is great. It detects people across the street. No English instructions so you need to put batteries in both units to program it to the different sounds. The barking dog is the last of 16 different sounds. Dog sound is realistic enough for me. Both the sensor and receiver have a 5V DC input for hard wiring requiring a AC?DC converter if you don't want to use batteries. It shows a waterproof but I see no seals so I doubt it..

Bought this to be a cat deterrent for our backyard. Although the alarm went off for no reason occasionally, when a cat walked in the view of the sensor, it did nothing. But then I noticed later in the description that it’s for human body sensing, that is the reason I gave it 5 stars. It worked fine for human body movement. Also when I was testing it in my kitchen, my daughter came into the kitchen thinking we had a dog there.

The Dog Barking Alarm Motion Detector works perfectly! The sensor detects movement accurately and triggers a loud, realistic barking sound that scares off intruders. Super easy to set up—no wiring needed—and the wireless design is convenient for doors, windows, or hallways. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's very sensitive, if there are some bugs fly over in front of the motion detector, it will trigger the dog bark as well, so it scare my mom couple of times. lol

You need to buy the speaker. The speaker sounds real. This junk does not. There are only three barks to choose from. They are selling this as a pair probably to get rid of it.It's one little speaker square. It's useless because anyone knows it's fake. It sounds like a recording with static.All I wanted was a second sensor not this. But they stopped selling individual sensors so you pay more and get the second barker which is junk.I have a large house with empty echoing rooms covered in tile that amplifies the sound and it still sounds fake recorded and static. I wish they would refund it because they are dumping it off on you at cost to get rid of their stock.Don't buy this junk. Only buy the speaker.

I bought this for the dog bark. It went up just great and senses motion through the wall as described. T.he only problem is that it played about 3 times, it began to sounds fake. The first few times it played, it sounded real, like a real dog--it began to deteriorate fast and now it sounds like a recording. Too bad as everything else works wonderfully.

i love this gadget, i have it on the DOG mode, it surly is a sound of a real dog. It had different sound modes, like doorbell also. I put it outside by the dood so any one comes by like Mailman or Amazon delivery it barks, so I know there is someone by the door.

I almost didn't buy this because of some of the reviews mentioning that it was not loud enough. Well they either had bad batteries or maybe the one I got is from a new batch and a new factory or something, but these things are very loud. It accidentally came on while I was setting it up and it was all I could do to get it to go back off because no one could hear the TV! No problem with the volume level here! Since I just received it today I'll add more about longevity, volume levels(which is adjustable), and range, but I just really wanted to get something out there right now to say, "there is no problem with the Volume Level!" IT'S LOUD!!! :)

The media could not be loaded. If you're going to use the dog barking feature, it's not really going to fool a burglar unless they're tone death or madly afraid of dogs to notice the sound cues.The dog barking sound that comes out of the speaker is like one you see in a kid's piano playset. The speakers on the device is not that good, and makes an electrical static pause after each bark.Motion sensor works great though. Can be used for other applications like if a baby or pet exits a open room with one opening/exit, a signal in the hallway to notify you that someone may enter your room, or someone entering a shop main doors with the chime alert.Does not come with batteries. Requires 3 AAA and 3AA batteries. You can also use a plug into a 5V DC wall adapter if you want, which is also not included.Build quality is not that great. As long as you don't drop it or toss it around a lot; it's capable. Definitely not weather proofOverall as a motion sensor it works okay, but as a security device it's a horrible investment
