Very good product! Works very well! The water tank is a bit awkward to remove, however this wouldn’t stop me from purchasing again

It takes a minute to learn how to use it. It does traditional Italian portions. So, don't be surprised with the size of your cappuccino. The American "vente" is not what the semi auto will produce. The manual wand will allow you to make milk with a little bit of coffee if that is your thing. The quality is great, grinder works well (have to figure out how to properly "dose"). After you get this down, the coffee machine will be an amazing addition to your home (Cuban girlfriend approves it. It makes her cortaditos with ease).

Sadly mine was a lemon and never got it to work! It didn’t even pass the initial setup cycle since the water never went through. Amazon returned the money! I contacted Delonghi for support and we tried every troubleshooting even that I tried everything already posted in the internet. They offered to replace the machine but since Amazon already reimbursed the money we couldn’t do that. We think is the solenoid, but look that the machine is new in the market and could not find a replacement part. It’s a beautiful machine and we were so looking forward to it se it, but now I have to find a way to get rid of it.

As a coffee lover, but someone who had never used an espresso machine before, this has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my home! My husband and I use it everyday, often multiple times a day. Super easy to use and makes the best espresso! Instructions are helpful when setting up and trying to make adjustments for different beans. Haven’t played around with any other settings besides the basic espresso brew.

The media could not be loaded. So far I love this machine. It takes a bit of time to dial in the settings at first so be ready to have several cups of espresso haha. Once I got all the details worked out, it is perfect. I love the built in tamper and grinding. It is so easy to use. Love it so far

Bought this 6 months ago. Still working great every morning for my coffee espresso and hot water needs for the evening.Starbucks too expensive when u can make it at home.

Easy to use. Very versatile; espresso, americano, coffee, cold brew, and steam wand all work wonderfully. Not too loud. I do wish it had a removable hopper. Comes with a steaming pitcher that was too small for me.Has required monthly descaling but our water is very, very hard.

I do not recommend this coffe expresso machine , it stopped working after two months , it prompt me a red triangle sign and this says in the manual refers to general alarm , simply does not work after two months , thankfully insured the order but the process is a pain
