Works great and tastes great
Fantastic, didn’t have to use as much as the recipe called for, so I have enough left over for another cake. I would recommend it…I used it in my cream cheese butter cream that I colored in purple

Overall good
I made blueberry bread with it. Honestly, it did not have very strong blueberry taste, I used around 2-3 tbsp. The color turned out pretty good though. I will try using more next time or just use it as purple food coloring.

Caveat Emptor
I bought this product because I am health conscience. I didn't notice that it is a product of China. One of the most polluted countries on our planet. Buyer beware.

Tasty and natural
Love to mix a teaspoon of this blueberry powder with lemon powder and allulose for a refreshing blueberry lemonade without the sugar but with all the flavor and sweetness!
