I take alpha brain every day I feel it helps me with mental focus and the shroom Tec helps me get my day started.

Upon a perusal and internet search of the various ingredients listed in the Onnits’ Alpha Brain and Shroom Tech Sport bundle, I’m impressed. Drawing from a variety of both traditional and modern medical and sports modalities, the included ingredients appear to be thoughtfully and synergistically formulated to provide those benefits asserted by the seller. Included in the Alpha Brain supplement’s “Focus Blend” are a number of nootropics (associated with brain health), including Alpha GPC, a neurotransmitter rapidly absorbed that easily crosses the blood-brain barrier, often used for cognitive enhancement and even for athletic performance. Also, Bacopa, another nootropic, often used in Ayurvedic medicine to support brain health and thought to enhance memory. L-Huperzine A, derived naturally from Toothed Club Moss, is another constituent thought to have nootropic effects, and is often used in traditional Chinese medicine. The Flow Blend, also included in the Alpha Brain Supplement, includes L- Tyrosine and L-Theanine, both amino acids, and as pair may help improve attention, alertness, and focus, as well as alleviating anxiety and promoting sleep. Also included in the Alpha Brain supplement is the Fuel blend that includes L-leucine, an amino acid and Pterostilbene, a powerful antioxidant found in grapes and blueberries. The Shroom Tech Sport Supplement is also thoughtfully designed and formulated to promote the benefits claimed by the seller. Along with vitamin B12 and chromium, it is an aggregate of Onnit’s “O2 Blend” comprised of Cordyceps, that in scientific studies has boosted VO2 max by 7 – 11%. The other blend, the “Shroom Tech Adaptogen blend” includes a Ashwagandha, Green Tea extract, Rhodiola and Astragulus, all thought to have potent adaptogenic benefits. As I said at the beginning, not only am I impressed with how insightful the blends are formulated in order to promote Onnits stated benefits, but also by the diversity of disciplines and age-old knowledge that the included constituents are drawn from. I am a true believer and adherent of the more traditional methods of maintaining health and wellness. The only comment I’ll make is regarding the use of maltodextrin as, presumably, a filler in the capsules; why? Maltodextrin is a highly processed starch with a high glycemic index. In my opinion, it only serves to denigrate what is otherwise a purely healthful approach to an interesting supplement. The suggested dosage of the Alpha Brain supplement is two capsules per day; 90 capsules, a 45-day supply is provided. The suggested dosage of the Shroom Tech Sport supplement is four capsule per day; a 21-day supply is provided.

I took these consistently for approximately 4 to 6 months. Felt amazing during that time, but I had to come off them due to a medical condition. Once it clears up I will definitely get back on these. A bit pricey, but I think they are worth it.

Great supplement to add to your routine.

I was disappointed with Onnit's Black Label nootropic. That did nothing for me at all despite me wanting it to because of the price. This stuff works though! It isn't going to replace the jolt of lightning a cup of coffee can provide, but I feel so much more awake and good to go on these than without. I've got a LOT more energy for the gym and can focus for longer periods afterwards during work This is a great tag team supplement with great ingredients in just the right quantities to deliver on all of its promises. It more than makes up for the Black Label letdown This is what a nootropic is supposed to be

The two products in this kit have good ingredients , I haven’t had any negative reactions to them. I do think that they are helpful for focus and energy , but I think they are overpriced. With 4 capsules per serving for the Shrooms I would like there to be more capsules the bottle so that it would last at least a month .

I have taken very similar products and had the same benefits. these are nice and clean and they do work for clarity and sleep and energy. but I have the same benefits for half the price. It is good that these have 3rd party lab tests for purity but I have been getting good benefits so they are good. just comes down to price,

Really didn’t see or feel a difference. I missed the return window but honestly for the price I feel like it’s all hype unfortunately.
