So far, so good. The product worked fine. My major concern was that there were no instructions on how t change the chuck. Something you need to do first. I had to go online and watch the video several times to figure it out. I also would think the Mfg would have thought more than to give it plastic latches on the case. Steel would have worked better.

I do a lot of DIY projects with sheet metal and steel. Often times I need to have a hole threaded that is too shallow for a helicoil. However, I learned the hard way that not all rivnut tools are created equal. After a frustrating bout with a smaller hand rivnut tool that only worked with aluminum rivnuts, leaving steel ones entirely out of the picture; I decided to upgrade to this 16" rivet nut tool... night and day difference! This kit is robust; it's versatile, allowing me to use virtually any rivnut, whether it's carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum, without breaking my hand! LOL!The tool operates very smooth, making the installation process feel almost too easy. It comes with a nice range of metric and imperial mandrels along with140 rivnuts (on top of what I already had), which means I'm prepared for just about any scenario that could arise; no more mid-project, overpriced hardware store runs for me. Also comes with a decent carrying case. The only thing is that there is not enough room for every mandrel; one has to float loosely in the case.All-in-all, I am very happy to finally have this tool! Definitely a purchase that's paid for itself in both time saved and aggravation avoided! Great value!

This tool works well in place of rivets especially when you need to take the sheet metal apart on a regular basis. You can use screws to attach the sheet metal instead of using the solid mount rivets. It's easy to use and has a nice assortment of sizes.

Intital review was a 2 based upon having a missing mandrel. When I recieved the replacement. the mandrel was missing again. Frustrated I took everything out of the box and found a sticker that indicated that the M8 mandrel is already installed in the Rivnut gun. Ugh. Packaging folks, put tthe sticker on the outside of the box not under all the conntents.That said. I used the tool today. it worked well. more pricey tools work more efficiently but for the money it is a good tool to have. I installed 8 M* and 8 8/32 rivnuts without a hitch. Of note: if you like order in the shop you will also need to buy a seperate container for the rivnuts themselves. otherwise they are loose in the already crowded box.Gave it 4 stars, not because of the sticker issue that on is on me. Rather, it is the box. is not engineered very well nor is it very surdy. It is vacuum molded of a very thin material, the latches are plastic and appear to be rather cheaply made. The box holds the tool ok hold but there are 13 mandrels with spaces for 12, one mandrel is loose in the box. The box itself looks like it will soon break.

Didn't even know these existed until I stumbled upon this AUXTUR Rivet nut tool. For ages I've had a tabletop grinder and vise that I've struggled with using as I've never secured them. With this rivet gun, it was as easy - used the M13 nutserts and boom - easily can bolt and unbolt from my workbench as needed. Appreciate the usefulness of the carrying case and color-coded mandrel boxes make finding the size you need a piece of cake. Rivet tool feels solid in hand and threading is smooth. Pretty amazing value here - everything you need (except a drill) all for under $100!

So for some reason I was thinking this was gonna be just a rivet gun but it's so much better. These things are so friggn useful. I had a ton of the rivnuts an thought they were great w outfit even squeeze into em. Almost guarantee you can find a place when these will save you butt. Super easy to use love that the case holds everything nicely. Every size has it's own packed container and each die has the size on it .it's opprobably my favorite tool e gotten this year

It’s a little flimsy, I spent less money locally on one I thought would be cheaper made but turned out to be much better than this one.But like I said it’ll work just not as sturdy as I thought it would be.
