Omg its amazing and brilliant if you need to lose abit of weight

I love this vibroplate go on most days sleeping better not getting cramp in my legs. The machine is very quiet. When you first come off it the aches and pains feel worse then after a few hours everything feels better. The machine is heavy and robust which is good.

So far so good after 3 months of use, the plate works well and many online exercises available to suit your needs. It is slightly bulky but just about fits under my sofa. The main issue I had was the power cord so I bought an extension as it was just too short. Its very easy to use and it comes with a remote so you dont have to bend down. Be careful using it first month for the first time as you can get jelly legs when you come off.

I must confess I don't yet work out on it while building up to top program/speed but I do the 20 mins each day while watching tv (quiet enough to do so) with legs slightly bent. Legs get weary so definately being worked and don't seem to wobble when I walk as much. Do start off slow as can cause itchy legs until get used to it. Only been 3 weeks but it's not hurting my knees like work outs do.

As advertised, I bought for my wife to lose some weight. And everyone is using it.

Used this once a day for 3 to 5 minutes for the past 4 days, amazing device, quite powerful on the first setting. I'm noticing it's helping my back pain and I can stand on it for slightly longer each time, not noisy and doesn't shake the floor.

This worked at first but eventually stopped working after using it for a month. It started making unusual very loud sounds and the vibration were no longer working either

I love it hopefully it will help my joints and my arthritis and my posture. I felt great after I tried it.
