Item received in good condition in a nice branded box. The massager is nicely made and materials used make this seem much more premium. The massager sits so well on your shoulders and can be held in place either by holding onto the straps which a extended for this very reason or by attaching the back strap and going more hands free.The back strap is really easy to clip in place yourself so don't be worried that you need someone to help with this, it can be done easily yourself. The massager really does massage, sounds obvious I know but so many massagers just vibrate and dont actually massage you. This one does!The feeling is really good and much closer to a real person doing it. The motion and speed of the massage arms really grips good and firm and actually takes a few goes using it to get used to the feeling.It feels wonderful and with the heat function turned on too it provides a great massage. I have tried this on my legs and calf's but I must admit I am not a fan, I think this is best suited by a long way for shoulders. Charge time is pretty good and you can get several massages from a single charge and charging is simple via a usb cable.Overall a really nicely made massager that actually leaves you with that lovely massaged and relaxed feeling.
