Wildfowler Outfitter Men's Water Proof Cap

Really hard to find a snow camo hat with a bill, so I took a shot on this one. Sure enough, just like everyone says in the reviews, it sits way high on your head, like a kid’s beanie.So I popped out the snaps and installed new ones lower and behind the original ones on the crown. Now it sits nicely and exactly where it should, directly over my ears, and it’s lower in the back.Now it’s a great hat.

This actually worked ok, it just didn't feel like it came very far down on my head to stay on securely in a wind. There's no way to fasten the sides in the down position, like a chin strap or something. The sides and rear are a nice feature, but really should come down further if you need them at all. Others may find the fit to, uh....ehm.....fit better.I will say this - it sure is nice to buy a so-called waterproof hat, turn the sink on and have the water just bead up and run off the hat. I would certainly wear this in the field in the winter, but I'll be pairing it with a buff of some kind to cover my face and neck.

i have a big head and finding wearable hats is always an issue. i have wore this hat 3 days now predator hunting in the snowy northeast and love it. being a glasses wearer, having a bill is a must and the ear flaps stay at whatever level i put them at so i can have ears partially covered but not fully so my hearing is not affected. tempted to buy more for the future

Nice warm cap. Fold down ear flaps help when windy. Comfortable & blends well with snow covered woods. Would recommend if you hunt in an area where it snows during hunting season.

Really like this hat. Warm when I wore it in low 30's. Wish it came down on my head a little more but no big deal.

Fit was little big. Is warm and would recommend.

Fits perfect. Well constructed and very comfortable. It could be a little bit taller so it comes down further on your head.

My son loves it so warm and enjoys wearing it.
