Hoyer Classic Pool Lift - Includes Free Sling!

Several reviews stated they didn’t receive the sling with their order. Ours came with the sling. Great product

This worked perfectly for us and allowed many wonderful soaks. Our deck had extra support for the hot tub weight and the mounting plate for the Hoyer was affixed to the joists. We could easily lift a person from their chair and lower them directly to a seat in the hot tub. We left the Hoyer lift outside and covered it with a large cantilever patio umbrella cover when not in use.

this was purchased to replace an older hoyer lift. it did not come with the sling also it did not have the weather cover for the cylinder like the old lift had. the old lift lasted 25years, maybe i'll get 5 to 8 out of this one.three other reviews all saying "NO SLING". Amazon should BAN THIS VENDOR

As the rest of the customers: there was no "free sling"!!!But, when I called Customer Service at Cascade Healthcare Solutions, a few weeks later, after having installed the lift, the gentlemen to whom I reported the lack of sling apologized and explained, that the sling was packed up at the factory and they must have missed to pack sling with the lift. Indeed the sling arrived 3 day later. Lift works very well and I am able to get out of the pool again... either with help or by myself.

Ditto. The “Free sling” is missing. Can’t really use it without a sling. What gives?
