The Caraway Cookware+ Collection Set is a really nice, high quality set that includes 4 ceramic nonstick pots and pans (stir fry, petite cooker, rondeau, stock pot) with 3 vented lids, a storage rack and stain “eraser”. I’ve been using this set about 2 months. It looks beautiful in “navy” with grey nonstick interior and stainless handles.I’m impressed with how well the cookware performs as nothing sticks to the surface even though I use just a little oil or butter. Also, everything I’ve cooked so far has browned and cooked evenly and turns out great as this cookware conducts heat really well. Clean up has been a cinch every time simply hand washing the pieces with warm, sudsy water.I enjoy using this cookware set and especially love the stir fry pan. I haven’t come across any performance issues that outweigh the positives for me. I do see a few things (listed below) that may be issues for some as preferences vary or may be things one may want to consider before investing in a new cookware set.✔️The small stainless steel handles get too hot to touch, though the longer stir fry handle stays cool (up to a raised area on the underside that alerts me I’m getting close to where it gets hot). Hot handles aren’t an issue for me as I don’t mind using my silicone mitts, I like the look and durability of the stainless handles and the smaller and flatter handles make the set more compact to store.✔️This set lacks an everyday fry pan, which I consider an essential. It’s also one of two pans (the other is a stir fry pan ) that I like most in nonstick as I get great results while using less oil or butter. It’s what I prefer for frying eggs, making pancakes, cooking breakfast potatoes and so on. So I’ll need to buy the matching Caraway 10.5” fry pan. Others may prefer something different that they already have, such as a cast iron skillet, so it may not be an issue for some.✔️ The nonstick stir fry pan is my favorite in the set, and I feel I get better results due to the nonstick. My tofu scrambles and stir fry meals come out great. The whole set performs well, though I don’t really need nonstick for many things I cook. When I cook brown rice in the petite cooker it comes out perfect, literally slides out of the pan and the pan looks clean before washing it. I do feel I don’t need nonstick to make good stovetop rice, cooks stocks, soups or bolognese sauce, boil noodles and so on. For me, easy cleanup is sometimes the main benefit of having the nonstick cookware.✔️Is Caraway ceramic nonstick healthy? I don’t know and am not qualified to say. Caraway states its nonstick ceramic coating has “no forever chemicals or other potentially toxic materials” and is free of “PTFE (Teflon), PFOA, PFAS, heavy metals and hard anodization.” That sounds good, though I wonder if any cookware is free of all potential “toxins.” Many think good stainless steel (no coating) is the least toxic, but many don’t do well with it. I don’t know of anything suggesting Caraway adds toxins, yet PTFE (Teflon) does have PFAs. Caraway seems like a good choice for those who want nonstick cookware.▪️Ceramic Cookware Isn’t As Durable: Ceramic nonstick is generally considered less durable than Teflon or other cookware like stainless steel. Caraway looks and feels durable to me and looks great so far, but I’ve only used it about 2 months. If treated right, I think it can last many years. But that means low to medium heat, no metal utensils (silicone are best for me), no cooking sprays, not leaving the pan on the heat with nothing in it, careful storage so the outside doesn’t chip if banged into other pieces and so on.This is a lovely ceramic nonstick set that performs well, and that I enjoy using a lot. I see potential issues that I’ve noted above, but most are things that apply to ceramic nonstick sets generally. This is the nicest ceramic nonstick set I’ve used over the years and I love using it, so I’m rating it 5 stars. Should I have any issues over time, I’ll update my rating as appropriate (if possible). The Caraway brand name is well know and has the reputation it does for a reason. Simply put -- these pots and pans are amazing and are the best in the business!! These are expensive, but are worth it and they will last you a lifetime. I highly recommend this set!Pros:- NONSTICK - best nonstick cooking surface that I've ever used.- CLEANING- extremely easy to clean because of the great nonstick surface. it is impossible to get anything stuck on these pans, food literally just wipes clean with one wipe. Doesn't matter if it is burnt on either.- HEAVY DUTY - these pans are thick, heavy, and made from very high quality material. Because of this, they will last a long time!- GREAT COOK - the material used combined with the nonstick surface creates a perfect even cook every time! It may take a few times for you to get the hang of the temperature of these because they take awhile to get to temperature and sometimes get a bit too hot in my experience, but once you learn to control the temp, they are amazing!- STORAGE - these are a bit large so I was worried about storage, especially because my house is lacking cabinet space. Luckily, these came with a storage organizer to store the 2 sauce pans and large lid upright in your cabinet (see photo). This is SUPER convenient. Honestly, I almost threw this piece away until I realized how smart it was. Now, this is one of my favorite things about the entire set!- AESTHETICALLY PLEASING - These aren't you average looking pans. They are modern, sleek, and beautiful! The finish is honestly incredible, I always feel great cooking with these in front of guests.Cons:- Set does not come with a small-medium sized sauce pan, but I believe you can purchase one separately- Expensive (but honestly worth it!)

The media could not be loaded.  Love this premium cookware set! They are gorgeous !! The ceramic coating is fairly effective with nonstick cooking unless you cook at too high of a heat or are cooking foods that always stick - like scrambled eggs. I still use a little fat like butter or oil when I’m cooking certain foods but for the most part I'm not having issues with sticking. The manufacturer also says not to cook on an extremely high heat because it can also reduce the ability for it to be nonstick and it can damage the pan itself. They conduct heat very very well so there’s no need to cook any higher than medium - med/high at the highest. I love the four sizes that you get in this package. It also comes with a stain eraser sponge that helps to remove stains on the outside and inside of the pans. The sauté/stirfry pan is the only one with the long handle making it very easy to store all of these in my cabinets. The stock pot is nice and deep. It is really large. My favorite new item is this petite cooker which is basically like a small saucepan but without the long handle. It is just such a great little pot I have found I use for everything. The rondeau or the straight-sided skillet is nice and deep. It is plenty big for me to cook almost everything I need to cook for my family of six. This is such an incredible set. It is heavyweight. It is very good quality. The stir fry pan and rondeau have a small organizer that you can slide directly into your cabinets that keeps the pans from clanging against each other and keeps your cabinets organized. I absolutely love it! It is a little on the pricier side… But you get what you pay for with this set. I can’t imagine needing to buy another set of pans for a very long time! They cook well. They are oven-safe up to 550'. This stockpot set is a great set of basic shaped pans that I have found myself using all the time for my large family. I love them. The quality is incredible.

I am a pretty avid cook and I cannot tell you how important it is to have a good set of pots and pans to produce high quality meals. Growing up I have used many lower quality pans that just cook poorly. They cook unevenly causing some parts of the food to be over cooked while others undercooked. Some of the non stick surfaces wear off over time, or even worse, they can warp! I was finished using cheap highly replaceable pans and decided to try Caraway.These pans are absolutely amazing! Right from the unboxing, I could tell they were extremely high quality. The box materials were lined with felt to preserve the surface of the pans and everything was packaged like a perfect puzzle. After unboxing, the first thing I noticed was how heavy duty they felt. The pots and pans were nice and thick. The bottoms of the pans are stainless steel while the insides were anti stick ceramic coated. The color, sage green, is also beautiful, but that is of course personal taste.Using these pans felt so good. The pans heated up quickly on my gas range and the heat distribution was as even as I’ve ever seen. Low temperatures go a long way with these pans. That said, the only time I turn on my burners to high is when I am boiling water or searing steaks and I have not tested that yet. The smooth surface makes it very easy to mix up the food and it also requires very minimal oil. The lids have tiny holes in them to allow the steam to breathe creating a perfect oven type cooking environment in the pan.This set includes a stock bot, stir fry pan, a 2 qt sauce pan, and a 12” more traditional deep pan. The combination of these pans allow me to cook almost everything I could want and if there are other sizes you need, Caraway have them sold separately. One of the most unique parts to this set is the storage pan rack that comes with it. It holds the stir fry pan as well as the 12” large pan along with its lid. The rack is lined with a soft fabric and have little walls to separate the pieces to prevent the pans and lid from touching. It is small enough to store in a cabinet and can be loaded in the front.This Caraway pan set is quite amazing. It is by far the best pan set I have owned and yes, it comes with a cost. At the time of writing this review, they are currently selling for $495 which is a very fair price for this quality of pan set. Sure there are many brands that are cheaper, but in my experience, those sets are disposable after a couple of years. This set can last a lifetime if taken care of so I highly recommend it.
