I’m impressed with the quality of this shelf-stable milk! Prairie Farms has nailed the perfect balance of convenience and taste. The 2% reduced-fat milk tastes as fresh as refrigerated milk, with no weird aftertaste. It's ultra-pasteurized, but you wouldn't even notice - it's smooth and creamy.The long shelf life makes it perfect for emergency storage or when I can’t reach the store. It worked well for me during an extended camping trip. The milk will stay fresh while stored away and, once opened must be refrigerated and used within 7 days.I also love that it’s preservative-free and made with simple, wholesome ingredients. Knowing it’s made in the USA gives me even more confidence in the product.Highly recommend this milk if you want both high-quality and practical!

As someone who takes a long time to get through milk in my usual dietary routine — I only add it to my tea or, more rarely, coffee — this UHT milk has so far stood the test of time in my fridge and has not gone off by the time I reach the last inch or so of milk.Although this brand has a slightly different taste from what I am used to when I lived in the UK, it is nevertheless nice enough and, in any case, does not affect the taste of my drinks, which is the most important aspect.THANK YOU, Prairie Farms!

Perfect for us. The taste is very good, and it doesn't go to waste. We don't even use a gallon every month, so for us this is perfect. It truly is shelf stable.

When I opened the cardboard box, I found one of the carton's bottom had started leaking through the box. Trying to remove it (it was upside down), caused it to leak all over my counter, kitchen floor, and sink. I haven't tasted it yet. I don't know if it will be any good since it wasn't refrigerated or put on ice. The was some sort of packing material which would have been on the top of the 4 cartons. So there was no protection against hard handling, and preservation of the product. I can't recommend this to anyone.

No prob with this item. Used for cooking. Grandson didn't like in a glass, with cookies.

For someone that rarely uses milk, this is ideal! It keeps for a long time in the cupboard. Only need to refrigerate after opening. I used to buy a quart of milk at the grocery store every week "just in case" I needed it for baking and throw it out when it soured. What a waste. This is how Europe buys their milk. The grocery stores here should carry this!!

This is an awesome product. Not having to run to the store to buy more milk... ingenious!Taste like milk but can sit on a pantry shelf for a year. I have 8 cartons already.

Milk is fresh and the cartons don’t have to be refrigerated until you open them. Great in a pinch,
