Scorpion Power Lifting Pair of 5mm Neoprene Elbow Sleeves Cross Fit Weightlifting Elbow Support Sleeves

I've had symmetrical elbow pain for the past 2 years, primarily due to overtraining (100 burpee-pullups for time, WODs that involved 50 one-armed pushups, 1RMing my press, lots of handstand pushup negatives, etc.). I had previously purchased nylon straps that used plastic "bumps" inside and velcro straps to apply pinpoint pressure on the upper forearm. They helped with pain and allowed me to do some low-rep training, but I had to make them pretty tight for them to have an effect, and as a result of their narrowness they tended to cut off circulation. That resulted in frequently stopping to release the pressure between sets. So I wanted something that could provide compression over a wider area, not impact circulation as much, and therefore allow me to exercise without frequent adjustments.I now use these sleeves for high-rep workouts like pushups and pullups, but still occasionally go back to the nylon straps for low-rep workouts like bench press or pushing weight overhead. They feel strong and snug.

At the age of 50 my joints are a little tired (knackered actually) after nearly 26 odd years of lifting. So for the first time, I decided to invest in some elbow protection. Im not disappointed, They are excellent value for money. They fit exactly as they should. I bought the large (max 30cm fitting) and they nice and tight offering a great deal of support. Also, the price was excellent. They were approx half what some other retailers were selling them at. Overall Im delighted with my purchase.

Purchased these Scorpion weight lifting elbow sleeves ages ago and first brought the wrong size, they were too small, but ordered the mediums and fit really well. They are tight but I feel like they should be tight for supporting the elbows when training.These are the second pair that I have Brough unfortunately the first pair have torn along the stitching and have frayed/ come apart a lot.... not something I would expect from a high quality 5mm thick neoprene sleeve but they have. with my second pair however they are going strong with no tearing what so ever, but am still cautions not to pull them off whilst grabbing the stitching just in case.The support of the actual products actually really good, as my other review of the Murgs knee sleeves mentioned I don't mind the wraps but have come to prefer the sleeve for the convenience of sliding them on and off quickly between sets, and it's the same with these Scorpion elbow sleeves. the support is noticeable you are able to increase the weight quite a lot almost instantly as you have that extra support for the bigger lifts.Overall a good product, shame that the first pair have ripped so much but the second pair are keeping me happy so far, and about a year in I'm happy that they have lasted longer. They are great when they come to support to so would recommend them to people for that reason.

I have ordered elbow sleeves size Large but I got size M and its too tight to wear..

A little tighter than I thought they would be but good quality. Not sure I need them really but had a go with them to see.

Had to give one star but actually should be zero stars!! Size medium cannot even get past my ankles …I’m a Uk size 6 so god knows what size a normal sized human will have to wear !! Xxxxxxx large I guess. !

Got them on time per usual amazon standards. Had a rep PR on the books for DB shoulder press. I’m 6’1 210 and I’d say my arms lag behind the rest of my physique. Ordered larges and they are tight which is what i wanted. You only want to wear them for support on your tops sets.I suggest rolling the top piece down a bit to double it over and pull them up that way to not stress the stitching.I found these on sale for $5 a pair! Even if they fall apart next month that’s 5 stars for me.Hit 70s for 16 reps with cranky elbows. Good purchase IMO
