I am used to making breads using yeast, so not a problem. Maybe a little complicated for a beginner, but do-able. Taste great. Definitely worth the wait. Beware, the yeast packet is buried in the flour. Not noticeable when you open the box. Will buy again.

This is my go to bread when I want a really filling slice of toast or multi grain garlic bread with tomato sauce. Really amazing tasting and has a slight sourdough taste from the addition of 2 tbsp of vinegar. Worth it. Wish I could find the exact recipe so I could make it from the starches and flours at home. They don't sell this on gluten freeeee's (did I use the right amount of es?) website anymore 😭😭

To be honest and I am from Wisconsin, this seasoning batter is better than any fish fry I have eaten. Plus I am able make it myself at home. It makes talapia, a fish I didn’t find very tasty, delicious.Originally purchased for gluten intolerant family members this has turned into a real keeper in our pantry and our second reorder.

It was good for a gluten free bread but I will keep looking for what I truly want.
