Mini UPS Battery Backup for Router, Modem, Security Camera

This UPS is exactly what I was looking for in my home networking setup. It's very compact and the build quality feels good. It has a metal casing and the finish looks quite nice. I have a TP-Link Deco M4 and an IKEA smarthome hub plugged into it. I charged to 100% and unplugged it from the wall to test it several times. It keeps both devices on for about 4 hours. This is far better than the bulkier and heavier UPS' with lead acid batteries. My favorite thing about it is it allowed me to eliminate the power adapters simplifying and cleaning up my setup. This UPS is best for smaller and simpler routers and devices, 2A or less.

I just installed this to support my fibre internet modem. It works fine. (My modem tends to not restart even with a momentary power gliltch, so this should save me there). I measured the 12V output and it was about 12.1 (perfectly within tolerance). I also measured the wall wart output for my modem, and it was similar. Also checked the polarity. I have not tried any other voltages or the USB connector. Interestingly, there a a whole bunch of adapters for different sizes of plugs. I did not need to use them, but I note that I don’t think any of them would have reversed the polarity if that were needed (it usually is not).

For someone living in an area electricity comes and goes, After 5-6 months it completely stopped working. Before that, it was great! Hold router/wifi ON for up to 4-5 hours

Use it to power the fiber modem. Saved me from having to connect the modem power to a big lead acid battery ups. This fits in the patch panel closet and works like a champ as a battery backup and power supply. Worth every penny to prevent wifi outages.

Très satisfait par cet onduleur. Je n'ai pas pu mesurer l'autonomie de la batterie mais mes 2 équipements branchez dessus durent des heures avec. Côté consommation, l'onduleur consomme moins de 2W en plus de la consommation des équipements branchés, une fois la batterie interne chargée.

Aunque lo compré solo para ciertos periodos en los que necesito asegurarme de disponer de internet durante unas horas en caso de un corte de luz, llevo años usándolo y funciona muy bien. Para probarlo desconecté el router de la corriente y lo dejé solo con la conexión a este mini ups. Aguanta varias horas y además sirve como PowerBank para pequeños dispositivos con distintos tipos de conexiones.

Ottimo prodotto. Avevo gia la versione da 20000 bianca per tenere in vita il mio spitz ax, questo invece lo dedico interamente ad una telecamerina ip e a grandi linee consumi alla mano potrebbe/dovrebbe durare giorni. Ha gia eseguito egreggiamente il suo lavoro visto che mi consente di staccare la corrente e fare lavori elettrici senza perdere la visione del mio spioncino di casa. Ovviamente nel mio caso ho esagerato un pò ma l'esperienza con il precedente acquisto mi ha fatto acquistare anche questo modello meno capiente ma sempre in alluminio invece dei soliti classici e plasticosi ups di altre marche. Anche il prezzo mini sembrato ottimo e in linea con il mercato ma con il plus del materiale che é proprio bello e di un altra categoria Anche in questo caso é importante sapere cosa dovete alimentare prima di acquistare un prodotto del genere! Consigliato
