Like all dietary supplements this one needs a healthy dose of excercise to fully appreciate the results, but as a morning supplement to drink with my vitamins it worked perfectly. It allowed me to fill awake and alert every day, plus supplied me with the energy to complete my daily tasks and excercise. Definitely recommend if you can stomach extremely sweet concoctions.
