Q: Tv, Blu-ray and Gamin system. Do all have to be hooked up through the soundbar or regular HDMI connections on my TV and sound automatically comes through Bose system?

Best solution to get everything to come through your bose system is to connect all your systems (Blu ray, cable/sat box, game system) to your TV and then use the fiber optic output to the bose system. That way any sound that normally would come through the TV is now directed to the bose.

Q: If I use an Apple Air Port device and connect to the RCA L/R ports, will the CineMate switch to that input automatically? When the TV is off?

Thanks for the inquiry, Gregory. You can connect the Apple Air Port device (or any other audio device that uses the RCA style connectors) into the CineMate 15 system. If the devices connected to either the optical or coaxial digital inputs (such as your TV or BluRay player) are on and active, then the CineMate will play the digital input. But if the device connected to the CineMate through the digital input(s) are off, then it will play the Apple Air Port audio device connected to the RCA L/R input.

Q: Is the Cinemate dual voltage?

Yes, the Acoustimass Bass Module that comes with the CineMate 15 system is dual voltage and is compatible with: 100-240 Volts, 50/60 Hz

Q: Can you get an extension cable for the subwoofer to extend beyond the 10'? If so, what sort of cable?

Yes. Bose has a 10 foot version for $40. This is literally two DB9 cable extensions put together side by side. You can find shielded DB9 cables for less than $10/pair in pretty much any length you need.
