Fits well and looks great but...
Works well with all the ports except the USB port doesn't produce enough power to charge my phone so cant charge my phone through my Mac anymore.It does look great and fits well and connects to another screen well enough.

It was a snap to use in my laptop and worked instantly. It also has all the different adaptors to make it truly useful. I would definitely recommend this mini docking station for anyone!

Add Functionality To Your MacBook Pro
Maybe in the future devices that use USB-C interfaces will be the norm, but for most people, that is not now. Most of us have plenty of peripherals that still use standard USB inputs. So if you have one of the recent MacBook Pro's that only have USB-C inputs, you need to purchase on of these dongles. This one by HODO would be a good choice. It is affordable, has the most common and useful inputs, and it looks great on my Mac Pro. My only complaint would be the color, my Mac is silver and this is more a match for the space gray, so a silver one might look even better on my MacBook, but this one still looks great, even on the silver. I added a 128gb SD card and use that card for internet downloads to keep my onboard SSD uncluttered, works great so far!

Don't even bother
This product did not come with the necessary equipment to share screens. I bought this to share screens between two laptops. Does not work. I was very specific in what I was looking for.

Perfect
I had bought a projector off of amazon and when it came, I realized that I would be able to use it because my 2020 MacBook Air doesn’t have the right plug. I bought this solely to be able to use my projector and I’m glad that my need to watch family guy on my ceiling led me to this. I’ve found myself in many different situations over the last year where I needed things like an SD slot, and as you can guess, my laptop doesn’t have that. I have never run into any problems while using this, and for the price, it is perfect.

Adapter funktioniert tadellos.Er wird sofort erkannt. Farblich schlicht, matt. Anschlussmöglichkeiten sind super. Er ist etwas höher als das Gehäuse des MacBooks aber das stört mich nicht.

Excellent Fit for Macbook Pro 14inch
Excellent fit for Apple Macbook Pro 14inch. Fit perfect into the side and colour is almost identical to the space grey. 3 USB ports work amazing for me and the lightning port. Overall looks sleek and has worked perfectly every time for me.
