The pix are before and after. I needed a fan in that small alcove in the en suite. This fan/light fixture exceeds my expectations. I'm able to adjust the color of the lighting (bonus) and the fan speed on the lowest is pretty strong... I tried the fastest and WOW... super strong. The light on the unit turns on with a beep when I use the bathroom light switch but the fan needs to be turned on separately. An inconvenience during the humid summer months but will be a blessing during the cold winter months.

This light/fan is a game changer. Living in the desert presents its challenges. Getting out of the shower and getting dry without being extremely hot again is one of them. The fan is powerful and does the job. It has 6 different speeds, and many choices of warm or cool lighting. I didn’t realize I absolutely needed this!

I now have 6 of these fans in my house and love them. The light is so bright and the fans are so quiet you don't know they are on. Very easy to install. Several people are going to get them because they work so well.

We love the fan but are a bit disappointed with the light. We wish it went lower but would not it again fit the strength of the fan.

We bought an older farm home that was littered with old school wicker bladed ceiling fans YUCK! First move, upgrade. But ceiling fans can be EXPENSIVE! Then I cam across this "style" of fan. "Brilliant!" I thoughy, "It's the ceiling fan version of the PC fans I've been installing for 30 years. NAFTA finally paid off!" I was sorely mistaken.To make a long story short, I went through 3 defective ones from different brands, got griefed by Amazon over the receipt of one of them I returned complete with the missing parts I didnt receive in the first place, one had a broken off power supply, the other a dead motor, and the third a wobbly fan blade with grinding noise. All evident from first use or minutes thereafter. What garbage I thought.Because Im a glutten for punishment, I thought I'd try again. I REALLY wanted something compact and quiet. So I purchased this one. Actually this one x 2 for both bedrooms. It was if a light shined down from the heavens! IT WORKED!!! Light is super bright yet dimmable, fan is super quiet yet powerful for its size. Would I mount it in a cathedral and expect it to cool on a 109F day like most reviewers here? no. But for a modestly sized bedroom its fine.OH! If you're looking for a fan of this type that DOES NOT stay illuminated in the middle of the night while running the fan when you're trying to sleep, THIS is your fan! Light turns completely off while fan is running. Make sure you get THIS brand, VOLISUN. Because although they may all look the same, I assure you, they ARE NOT!

I absolutely LOVE this fan and light. The circulation is great. It's quiet no matter what speed it's on. It looks soooo elegant and definitely upgraded the look of my room. The installer said, "I'm getting one of these for myself."

Very happy with the light fixture. Works very well in a 10 x 10 bedroom and not difficult to install. Plus great lighting option. For a small fan it put out good fan air, if the fan is above you in bed.'
