noticeable on revisiting these.
This adaptogen blend was added to my supplement stacks a few months ago. I stopped taking them because I didn't notice any difference from them. But 4-6 weeks after I stopped taking it I noticed I was getting lower on energy levels. So I decided to try it again, and this time I felt a little "pick me up" from it. So I put them back into my supplement stack rotations. No issues with them causing upset stomach. No taste or weird smells. I also realized that at first I was only taking 1 per day. I now take 1 in morning and 1 in afternoon. Also just learned that Adaptogen blends are also used for the adrenals. I take for thyroid issues.

Gentle Stress Support – Calming Without Feeling Sedated
I’ve been trying this herbal adaptogen mood support supplement, and it provides a steady, natural sense of calm. The adaptogen blend helps take the edge off daily stress without making me feel drowsy or sluggish, which makes it easy to take during the day. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven’t noticed any side effects. It feels more like a subtle shift in mood and focus rather than a dramatic change, which is exactly what I want from a daily stress support supplement. Pros: Calming effect without drowsiness Adaptogen blend helps manage daily stress Capsules are easy to take with no aftertaste Gentle enough for daily use Cons: Results are gradual and best with consistent use Individual responses to adaptogens can vary Overall, this is a solid supplement if you’re looking for natural stress support. Subtle, steady, and easy to take as part of a daily routine.

Clean ingredients
These are pretty comparably priced to their counterparts and the results are pretty much consistent with something similar I usually buy at Costco. I got these because the ingredients are clean and I was looking for a way to really tackle stress especially when you perform a job that is as demanding as mine. The capsules are pretty sizable but still easy to take.

High-quality herbal adaptogen supplement at a fair price
Nature's Craft Adaptogen Blend is a nutritional supplement. The manufacturers of this product do not claim that it can treat or cure any disease or disorder. Adaptogen Blend contains a variety of plant ingredients (roots, fruits, stems and leaves) which are believed by many cultures to promote mood support, stress management and energy balance. These natural ingredients may be beneficial in helping some peoples' bodies adapt better to stress. The adaptogens in this formulation are as follows: Ashwagandha (aerial parts and roots) aka Indian Ginseng Panax Ginseng root, also known as Korean ginseng. Astragalus membranaceus Holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum) Rhodiola Rosea root, also known as Golden root Eleutherococcus senticosus aka Eleuthero and Siberian ginseng. Schisandra fruit Amla fruit, also known as Indian gooseberry Maca Each bottle of Nature's Craft Adaptogen Blend contains 120 capsules, to be taken one capsule per day, for the first two weeks. The dosage may then be increased to two capsules per day if desired. The capsules are vegan and non-GMO, and manufacturing is done in the USA, using globally-sourced, lab-tested ingredients. The product has a pleasant scent and taste, similar to dried tea leaves. I have not taken this supplement long enough to recognize any positive effects yet, but I've had no negative effects or stomach upset, so I will continue to take it for the recommended 90 days, then post an update to this review if and when I detect any changes.

A good, well-rounded Supplement for stress support.
This American made adaptogen supplement by Nature's Craft offers a host of ingredients, known to support stress relief and better sleep; as a matter of fact, some of them even overlap to assist in boosting energy and immunity levels as well. I am "well-versed" in stress and mood supplements, as I take them daily (along with my other supplements), and an AM protein shake. Interestingly enough; this company lists the ingredients, along with their potency separately, while most others that I've used are "bundled" with others as proprietary blends. I like that Nature's Craft offers the daily value information for each, as some of the supplements I take may overlap with their ingredients and thus, I can assess my intake for each. My research suggests that both Ashwaganda and Astragalus Root achieve better results for keeping stress relief at bay when taking a minimum of 500 mg of each, so I will probably bump up my daily intake to two capsules per day, perhaps one in the AM and one in the PM. (Suggested use on the bottle does state a second capsule is a viable option.) Considering the above, the bottle will provide me with a 60 day supply, which still makes this USA-made supplement a very reasonablely-priced product. I'll continue to take this Nature's Craft offering to see just how it compares to the other brands I have used and will update my review if necessary.

Made in the USA
Firstly, you should know that I do not love to take supplements. I truly believe we should try to get what we need from our diets, but sometimes we need a little help. I'm in midlife, and have had elevated cortisol pretty much my entire life. I'm trying all avenues to lower it so I can sleep better and have a lower chance of cardiac events, etc. In reading a lot of research, the effective dose for ashwagandha is 250 mg, which this Nature's Craft Adaptogen Blend has. It also has a lot of other herbal ingredients, including ginseng, astragalus, holly basil, and more. I don't particularly know what all the ingredients are supposed to do, or how they might interact with medications the average person may be taking, so I would caution anyone taking these to check with their physician or pharmacist before starting on these. I do appreciate that this formulation was made here in the USA in a GMP approved facility, and is 3rd party lab tested as well. The directions indicate to take 1-2 capsules per day, rendering this to last anywhere from 2-4 months, depending on your usage. This makes this adaptogen blend a good value from a monetary perspective. There is an "herbal" scent to the capsules, but I don't notice any lingering flavors from it.

Checks almost all my boxes
Directions say use 1 capsules 1-2x/day, so depending on your use the bottle will last 2-4 months. Not bad for the price. The product page actually says suggested daily serving is one capsule, or you can consider reducing the dose to better meet your personal needs. So sort of split the difference and take one a day (twice a day if it's a really stressful one). The "best by" date on my bottle is Jan 2026, so about 1.75 years from now. There is a light scent to the capsules that some days is mildly pleasant to me. There is also a mild taste to the capsules - more so if you let them sit on your tongue to see if they have a taste. They are easy to swallow. I really like the ingredients, and really don't like the fillers. I like that the bottle says GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in the USA. The other things I look for on my supplements is organic and non-GMO, as well as ISO 17025 tested, which I have rarely seen. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but while the full effect may take a while to see, I feel like they helped with relaxation almost right away. I hope this information is helpful; thank you for reading.
